The guild will be holding a member exhibit in late October/early November at TFAC. Please plan now what you would like to enter. We will be accepting items for the display starting in October. More details are to follow.
Things to know:
- The exhibit is open to all members.
- The items will not be juried.
- Each member can enter only one piece of their own work.
- Items cannot be for sale.
- The piece must be ready to hang or display.
- The piece does not have to be new.
- The work can be any form of fiber art.
- We are increasing the number of drop-in dates in October, which will also serve as drop-off dates for entries. On October 3, 6, 10, 13, and 17, you can bring your piece between 1:00 and 3:00.
- If your piece is framed, please wrap it in something to protect the frame and have your name somewhere on the piece. If you are bringing something that will hang from a hanger or wrap around a mannequin, please be sure it is ironed and attach your name somehow.
- There will be an opening reception for members and their friends on Sunday afternoon, October 25th.
- The exhibit will be ready to view at drop-in times on October 27, 31, and November 3
- The public who attend the Sale and Show will be invited to view the exhibit on Saturday, November 7th during the Sale and Show hours of 10:00-4:00.
- The cut off time for form submissions is Saturday, October 17 at noon.
