Description: Demonstration of several faux ikat warping methods using commercial and hand-painted space-dyed yarns.  Also referred to as false ikat, these warps are a function of color pooling.  Time permitting, participants will begin to wind faux ikat warps.

Prerequisites: Experience with warping on a warping board and using warping pegs.

Please Bring: Pen/pencil, paper.
Participants may wish to bring space-dyed yarns suitable for warping.
