It’s time once again to do some spring cleaning at our Triangle Fiber Arts Center (TFAC). It’s been awhile since we had a workday, so there will be lots to do. Working together to clean and organize our wonderful space feels more like a mission than work. We hope some of you can join us. We are planning to SWEEP, DUST, MOP, ORGANIZE, REPAIR, and generally straighten up the place. I’m sure many of you have realized that weaving generates lots of dust.

As you know, weaving involves lots of equipment and many miscellaneous odds and ends. In addition to the weaving and other fiber related items, we have accumulated lots of other things; books, office equipment, tools, hospitality supplies, etc and even some unidentified objects. We hope to organize things so they can be found when they are needed and then put away in the proper place when people are finished using them. We are realistic though. With a shared space and so many people using TFAC, every now and then it’s time to reevaluate what we have and get things back in order. NOW IS THAT TIME!!!!

Can you spare a few hours to help us out? We are looking for 7 people to volunteer.
